Terms Of Use

According to the concession regulation of Ε.Ο. & K., in order to organize an event in Zappeion's premises, it must:

Approve your request from the E.O. & K. Board of Directors and sign a Concession Agreement from your legal representative within twenty (20) days of your approval. The rent, as long as the Concession Agreement has been signed, is due to E.O. & K. and if the event is canceled

Letter of Guarantee be deposited, to recognized bank by the State, amounting to 1/3 of the total rent for the good condition of the contract. The above Letter of Guarantee must be valid until its return to the relevant Bank.

The rent to be paid in advance at least ten (10) days before the start of the concession.

By accessing The Material, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You may not reproduce, copy, exhibit, distribute, publish, modify, transfer or transmit The Material or any part thereof without the prior written consent of THE ZAPPEION EXHIBITION HALL.
