ΜΕΤΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΕΡΕΣ

According to the concession regulation of Ε.Ο. & K., in order to organize an event in Zappeion's premises, it must:

• Approve your request from the E.O. & K. Board of Directors and sign a Concession Agreement from your legal representative within twenty (20) days of your approval. The rent, as long as the Concession Agreement has been signed, is due to E.O. & K. and if the event is canceled
• Letter of Guarantee be deposited, to recognized bank by the State, amounting to 1/3 of the total rent for the good condition of the contract. The above Letter of Guarantee must be valid until its return to the relevant Bank.
• The rent to be paid in advance at least ten (10) days before the start of the concession.
